Pls Input the maximum length and width of the outline size of board. In general our outline tolerance is ±0.15mm, if you have special requirment on the tolerance, pls indicate in remark.

Pls input the order quantity. In default setting board size below 250mm*250mm the quantity number requests multiple of 5, if the board size exceed 250mm*250mm, it’s allowed to input any request quantity.

1 Layer: Single layer PCB, 2 Layers: Double sided PCB, 4 Layers: Four layers PCB, 6 Layers: Six layers PCB. All holes of Single layer PCB are NPTH. Double sided PCB can make PTH holes. We defaulty make circuit layer according to your Gerber file (one circuit layer make Single layer PCB). If you have special requirment (such as make Double sided craft but only one circuit layer) please choose Double sided PCB.

Layer order:

Material:

FR-4: For prototype production we defaultly use KB brand (Kingboard Laminates). Tg130-170, Thickness 0.4mm-2.4mm. For batch production there is two brands of FR-4 raw material for choosing: KB (Kingboard Laminates) and GDM (Goldenmax International Technology). Aluminium: Default Thermal Conductivity 1.0-2.0. Thickness 1.0mm-2.0mm.

We will charge extra panel costs if there are different design files in 1 PCB. If there is same design file, no extra panel cost occurs.

Solder Mask:

Solder Mask color refers to the color of the ink covering the surface of the board as a protective layer. We regard green as default color which won’t charge extra fee. Other colors including red, yellow, blue, white, black, matt black will add extra fee.

Silkscreen:

The color of the text printed. In default setting there is white color and black color. If you have special requirment pls indicate in remark.

*By our system default setting, it will add mark like “123456S” as our manufacturing PCB identification.

Surface Finish:

It’s extra process to expose copper for solderability.
